The Dad's Club Haunted House

for 2005 will be our best yet.

For many years the Dads Club Haunted House consisted of 6 booths that the dads would decorate with spooky props and scary gags to scare the elementary students. The Dads Club decided to improve the Haunted House this year and set a budget of $600.00.

A new material has come out on the market for Halloween called scene setters that would really improve the looks of the Haunted House

I started a grave yard in the back of the gym around 5 years ago and continuously add more props every year. I have big plans for the grave yard this year and even gave it a name - Sleepy Hollow Cemetery!!

Saturday October 13th 2005 the gym's window curtin construction began. The curtins were donated by a local audio/visual company. They call them black-out curtins made out of ?. Since the Haunted House is going to be held during the day 3-6pm - Saturday 29, 2005 we thought it would be very important to get the gym as dark as possible.

There are 10 props that are being planed and constructed for 2005. Caged Skeleton, Cemetery Fence, Spider Victim, Giant Spider Web, Die-ning Room Table,  Cabinet Deception, Casket Deception, Buzzing Bench, Foam Gravestone Props and Wooden Cross's for the cemetery

So what's up for next year? I'm not sure yet.

Stay tuned for details!
