Haunted House Layout

  1.  6 to 8 people enter (the haunted living room) and are asked to sit on the benches and wait for there guide. The guide comes in and tells the audience that Grandmother (that is in the rocking chair) is in time out for being very - very bad. Then a story is told about how the place is haunted. In the rocking chair is Norman Bates Grandmother in the farthest corner facing the corner - slowly rocking with back to the audience. Rocking chair is mounted on a Lazy Susan and spins around quickly and Grandmother runs out screaming with butcher knife (plastic of course)  in hand. The lights go slowly dim and the audience can again see Grandmother behind the mirror - at the same time the guide pushes the buzzer benches - and the audience jump up off the benches from the noise and vibration.

2.  Then the audience is guided into the next room ( The die-ning room). As the guests enter the room, they will see a Buffet table covered in dust and cobwebs further into the room they see a round table with three skeletal figures sitting around it.

3.  Then the audience is guided into the next room ( The Spider room). Where the audience will see a skeleton in a hanging cage in one corner and a large spider web with a giant spider and a spider victim on the web the guide can make a joke like looks like the spider has lunch could that be one of your classmates?
