And removed all the inside parts and wood
Which left me with the shell. I kept the drawer fronts that had some good handles, I can reuse on the casket sides.

This is a great effect that always scares them! Here is how the scene is set up. As customers walk down a hallway, they have to walk past a casket with one half of the top open (see picture below). In the open section is a fake, decomposing body or skeleton. As they are viewing the skeleton, the real ghoul swings open the second half of the casket top with a bang and growls at them! |
In order for this to work, the "live" ghoul needs to be laying in the casket opposite the fake body, with his feet underneath the torso of the fake body or skeleton (as shown in the picture below). When the customers walk next to the casket, they step on a Mat Switch or cross the path of a Light Beam Sensor. This causes a light on the inside of the casket to go on, signaling the ghoul inside that it is time to go into action.
